This Cookie Policy explains how Elevon uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet).

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We distinguish between essential (functional) cookies and non-essential (analytics/preference) cookies.

These are strictly necessary for login, session persistence, authentication and security. They are placed without consent based on the legitimate-interest exception for essential functionality. The platform does not function correctly without them. These include session identifiers and authentication tokens.

3. Analytics cookies

We may use privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand product usage and improve the service. These are non-essential and are only placed after you have given your prior, informed, freely given consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). You can withdraw consent at any time.
